TALENT TEA by Two Cups is the interactive online community for Two Cups of Tea Career Consulting, a leading talent management & workforce development firm.  We foster honest, impactful conversations and accessible career strategies for hiring managers and candidates, leaders and their teams, through newsletters, blogs, vlogs, career spas, and conferences.

TALENT TEA by Two Cups was created by Monique Burt Williams, Founder & CEO of Two Cups of Tea Career Consulting.  For two decades, Monique has counseled Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, and government agencies through complex talent development challenges. Prior to launching the brand, Monique served as CEO of the nation's largest women-owned search firm for in-house lawyers.  In 2021, her company was named by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America.
